That Little Bit Calmer was established in 2018 after I decided to re-evaluate what was important to me and what made me happy. I have a Bachelor in Education (Primary), my Children's Yoga qualification and have completed my level 1 & 2 Yoga Teacher Training as well as having qualifications in Yoga Trapeze and Aerial Restorative yoga. I have a background of aerial yoga practice before I made it to the mat. Yoga teaching is a lateral career shift now that my two beautiful girls are getting ready for school and I am really passionate about the health benefits, both physical and mental, of practicing yoga.
