Our Kinder & Preschool classes are designed for children aged 3-5 years. They generally run for 30 minutes, but can be tailored to suit your needs. We can present a single class or a customised program within your organisation. These classes include breathing exercises, asana and meditation through creative yoga stories.
Our Primary School Classes are designed to run over an hour session, however this is fully customisable to your school's needs. We can deliver a single class, a term program or create something in between. These classes include breathing exercises, asana, games and mindfulness & meditation, all taught through creative yoga techniques.
Our classes can be tailored to your school's needs by adjusting time and content. These classes can be utilised as incursions for physical education, for student well-being or can even be run weekly through the lunch period for students to attend optionally.
Our private and small group classes are created especially for you and your specific needs and can be implemented anywhere that you feel comfortable. We can come to your home, the local park or you can visit the home studio in Kilmore East. Prices vary depending on the number of people, with a maximum of 4 people in any one group.
